Brandishing his truncheon, he strode down Sherard Street, whiskers bristling. Meltonians pointed to their glistening red doors. In the market place the Old White Swan, no longer snowy downed, blushed red. The crowd gawped. "That Mad Marquis will pay for this," they grumbled. And he did. We've had a winner in our competition for two free tickets to see Jeremy Hardy and 12 bottles of Melton Red beer, kindly donated by Belvoir Brewery.
